All Sahar Minkara footwear runs true to size. Take your normal size, or use our size guide if you need further guidance.

We source only the finest Italian and Spanish leathers, in different shades, to make every shoe part of the collection.

Your heels need to be handled with care, to keep them in mint condition. Here are the instructions:

  • Clean the leather with a soft, dry cloth (only upon need).
  • Make sure your heels are not exposed to extreme light and heat.
  • Protect them from rain and moisture.
  • Avoid abrasive surfaces.
  • Keep them cozy in their dust bag, until the next time you wear them.

Shipping depends on where you are located. When you place your order, you will receive an estimated shipping time. You will be also given a tracking code, to know where your order is at all times.

Whilst we source raw materials from all over the globe, all shoes are made by artisans in Lebanon.

Yes! We accept exchanges within a period of 2 weeks of receiving the order. You will be asked to incur the cost to ship the item back to our warehouse, with a valid reason. Such as, the size didn’t fit…

You will be granted store credit via a voucher, valid to be used on the Sahar Minkara site for up to 1 year.

We are sorry to hear that! Here are some valid reasons to return your order.

  • Either the shoe didn’t fit… please use the size guide for the most accurate sizing charts.
  • There is a production default… we scan, test and inspect every shoe that leaves our production house. If we have missed a detail, please do send us images on [email] and we will tend to your request at the soonest
  • Delivery was delayed… whilst we do our best to get the orders to you within the promised timeframe, our partners may face delays in shipping them to you, which are out of our control. Reach out to us on hello@saharminkara.com, to see how we can best support you

All shipping rates are calculated by the selected partners, based on your geographical location. The customs taxes are dependent on your country of residence, where you are ordering the items to.
